Social Media Management

As a member of the "digital generation," I naturally grew up with the internet and social media. Throughout my diverse roles in various industries, a consistent responsibility has been to generate leads and enhance awareness through strategic use of social media platforms. My expertise lies in understanding algorithms and employing social media effectively, adhering to the principle that quality surpasses quantity in online content.

Since assuming control of the @ColliersCincy Instagram page, I've instilled a sense of consistency and embraced what Colliers calls "Own the Blue." While our focus on Instagram is not primarily geared toward lead generation, as we predominantly target B2B marketing, our goal is centered around showcasing our culture and enhancing recruitment efforts. The page highlights promotions, new hires, office events, and overall moments of fun in the workplace.

I wholeheartedly embrace the power of a good pun, as I believe in eliciting smiles through my social media posts. Above are some example posts from a special project I worked on. I am well-versed in LinkedIn, both as an active poster myself and in the capacity of posting on behalf of high-profile individuals such as Managing Directors, CEOs, and business pages.
